Kerry graduated from the University of Bristol in 2010. She subsequently worked in small animal practice for 8 years and completed the RCVS CertAVP in Small Animal Internal Medicine. Kerry undertook a residency in internal medicine at Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists in 2018, which she completed in 2021. Kerry passed the certifying examination of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in the same year, thus becoming an ACVIM diplomate and American-recognised specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine.
 
Kerry's main interests are immune-mediated diseases, endoscopy and oncology, although she enjoys all aspects of internal medicine.
