Without sufficient clinical information regarding a patient, our specialists will not be able to process your case. After issuing the advice, the client can submit further questions regarding the case during 14 days free of charge. After 14 days in case of further questions, a new submission is required.

Currently we are offering 3 services in Polish and English: 

1) Written report for a vet or a pet owner: a thorough analysis of the case and advice with suggested treatment options.

2) On-line 40- minutes consultation via Zoom platform for a vet with a short written summary.

3) On-line 40- minutes consultation via Zoom platform for a pet owner with a short written summary addressed at the referring vet.
