After issuing the advice, the client can submit further questions regarding the case during 14 days free of charge. After 14 days in case of further questions, a new submission is required.

2) On-line 40- minutes consultation for a vet with a short written summary.

​

3) On-line 40- minutes consultation for a pet owner with a short written summary addressed at the referring vet.
