Without sufficient clinical information regarding a patient, our specialists will not be able to process your case. After issuing the advice, the client can submit further questions regarding the case during 14 days free of charge. After 14 days in case of further questions, a new submission is required.

We offer 3 services in Polish and English:

1. A written report for a vet: A thorough analysis of the case and advice on a suggested anaesthesia protocol including possible complications and how to deal with them; Alternatively, a consultation on efficient acute or chronic pain management (up to 4 working days).

2. Urgent advice for a veterinarian on patient’s intraoperative complication(s) and how to support patient’s stabilisation with remote consultation via video or phone call (available only Monday-Friday 8:00-15:00 UTC+02:00)

3. A general consultancy from a specialist for a veterinary clinic regarding anaesthesia setup and available protocols (minimum two 45 minutes meetings)
